The Decision Sequence publishes marketing research, frameworks, educational resources, and diagnostic guidance. The material is general information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Lou is a private beta. Its responses can be incomplete or mistaken. You are responsible for reviewing an answer before using it in a business decision, client communication, campaign, or professional deliverable.

What you choose to submit
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give J Worden Marketing the limited permission required to transmit, process, store, and analyze that material to operate the requested service, maintain the session, evaluate Lou, and improve the system.
You must have the right to submit the material. Do not upload confidential, privileged, regulated, infringing, or sensitive personal information to the public beta.
Published work
Reading, sharing, and attribution
The site, its original writing, frameworks, page design, visual assets, and downloadable editions are owned by J Worden Marketing or used with permission. You may link to public pages and share brief attributed excerpts. Reproduction, resale, model training, bulk extraction, or republication of substantial material requires written permission.
Named research and third-party works remain the property of their respective owners. Sources are identified so readers can evaluate the underlying evidence.

The site and beta services are provided as available. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, J Worden Marketing disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or Lou.
