Decision Architecture
Explains how buyers recognize relevance, evaluate credibility, reduce uncertainty, and reach commitment.
About the system
The Decision Sequence helps professional-services firms make their expertise easier to recognize, evaluate, and choose.
The organizing idea
Trust makes that decision possible. Buyers move when the right evidence reaches them in an order they can use. The work begins with the decision, then organizes marketing around what the buyer needs to understand next.
Explains how buyers recognize relevance, evaluate credibility, reduce uncertainty, and reach commitment.
Arranges what buyers encounter so each interaction earns the confidence required for the next.
Houses the process, solutions, knowledge library, and diagnostic tools built from the work.
A marketing agent grounded in the same research, doctrine, decision science, and practical method.
How the frameworks fit
The five buyer stages describe how a decision progresses. The four movements and nine steps describe how the marketing system is researched, designed, and put into operation. Purpose, People, Process, and Product describe the order in which a firm makes its value legible.
These are different views of the same system. One follows the buyer. One governs the work. One organizes the message.
