Measurement and routine service data
The Decision Sequence uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page use, navigation, device types, and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers such as _ga cookies. Google states that Analytics uses IP addresses at collection time for location information and discards them before logging the data.
The website host and security providers may also create routine server and security logs that include the requested page, time, browser information, and network address.
Lou private beta
Messages and document summaries are stored.
Lou does not require an account or email address to begin. A name and a pseudonymous visitor identifier may be stored in your browser so Lou can recognize a returning browser.
Lou stores conversation messages in its application database to support the diagnostic session, maintain continuity, and evaluate the service. Conversation content may be reviewed and analyzed to improve Lou.
When a file is uploaded through the public Lou interface, Lou extracts its text in memory and creates a diagnostic summary. The public Lou database stores the filename, extracted character count, and distilled text summary rather than the original uploaded file. The summary becomes part of the session context.
Lou uses Anthropic models to process prompts, conversation context, and distilled document text. Anthropic states that standard API inputs and outputs are deleted from its systems within 30 days, subject to contractual settings, safety enforcement, and legal requirements.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive personal information to the public beta.

When you use the external booking link, the information you provide is handled by Zoho under its own privacy terms.
